Spend a week in Austria and Germany at the height of holiday market season: festive lights in Vienna, mulled wine in Salzburg, roasted chestnuts in Innsbruck and the cozy atmosphere of Munich. We'll show you which markets are worth your time and where to find the best vegan food and drinks along the way.
Vienna (Days 1–2): welcome market visit and dinner, a guided Old Town walk past the Hofburg, and Schönbrunn Palace and its market.
Salzburg (Day 3): a scenic train ride, then the alleys and markets of Mozart's hometown.
Innsbruck (Days 4–5): explore with a local guide, ride a cable car into the Alps, visit Swarovski Crystal Worlds and a small-town market nearby.
Munich (Days 6–7): a guided Old Town walk including Marienplatz and the Viktualienmarkt, a free afternoon, and a farewell dinner.
Included: centrally located 3-star-plus hotels, all meals except one lunch (every included meal is vegan), all trains and local transport, guided tours and a guide throughout. Not included: flights (we suggest flying into Vienna and out of Munich), travel insurance, personal spending and tips.
Small group: 4 to 14 travelers. Reserve your spot with a $1,000 deposit.
