Are non-vegans welcome on your tours?

Of course they are! One of our goals is to introduce as many people as possible to vegan foods and show them that they won't have to sacrifice anything. Actually, about half of our guests are not vegan (yet).

How much walking is involved?

Generally, we'll walk about 2 miles/3 kilometers per tour - with all the food we'll be tasting, you'll be glad you're walking some of it off.

Do you offer gluten/nut free options?

We certainly do, but please let us know when booking your tour so we can make sure to notify businesses and adjust the tour accordingly. Note that most establishments do not run gluten/nut-free kitchens, so if you have a severe allergy, we don't recommend our public tours. Please contact us regarding private tour options.

What's the age requirement?

Generally, we don't have an age requirement, so, young, adventurous eaters are welcome! If there is an age requirement (for beer/wine tours, for example), it will be clearly indicated in the tour description.

What if it rains/snows?

The tour runs rain or shine - in case of extreme conditions, we might reschedule the tour. If we didn't run the tour in so-called bad weather, we'd probably hardly every run it (while New York is an amazing place to be, the weather can be not so amazing at times, we're not gonna lie).

Is everything included in the tour?

All your food tastings are included, but you might want to buy more food to take home during the tour. Some places will even offer a discount, how nice is that?

If you think your guide did a great job, a tip is highly appreciate (all the vegan food costs money after all!)
